Delivery Information
Yes we can ship to PO boxes.
All orders are shipped out as soon as possible after we receive receipt of your order and within a week of the date of your order.
All international orders can be subject to import and customs fees. We advise you find out your local country’s policy’s and fees before placing an order if you have concerns about the fees and duty’s that may apply.
If you have chosen a signed for option at checkout you can track your order on Royal Mail. If you have chosen any other option at checkout no tracking is provided.
Shipping options can be chosen at checkout and are;
• UK
– First class £1.45
– First class signed with tracking £2.85
– Free shipping is available on orders over £50 – this option will be posted first class with tracking
• Rest of the world
– First class economy £4.20
– First class signed with tracking £13.55
Please note the above prices do not include any taxes or import duties issued by the customs authorities in the country you are shipping to. We advise checking these costs before placing your order. Any customs or tax charges are at the expense of the buyer.
We typically dispatched within 3-5 working days of receiving your order but during busy periods this may take slightly longer. If your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Under normal conditions it should take 1-3 working days for orders to arrive in the UK and 5-15 working days for international orders to arrive from the day your order is dispatched. The actual delivery times may vary depending on the country you live in and if there are any international incidents that are currently happening. For international orders there are occasions when customs can hold up parcels and it can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, if your item has not arrived within 6 weeks please get in touch.
All items are sent from the United Kingdom.
FAQ
Most items will have a photo of how they are packaged in the product page photos. All other items will come in a gift box. The items are then shipped out in a cardboard postal box with tissue paper inside for padding.

We have spent a lot of time researching and sourcing materials and machines. Many a long night, months of trial and error and years of planning into all aspects of our design and manufacturing to bring our dreams and ideas to life therefore we will not be sharing any trade secrets. We are glad we have inspired you though and wish you all the best in your journey.
The materials the chains, ear wires and findings we use will be different for different products but will be clearly listed in the product description for each product. Please be aware that while we try to use nickel free metals and hypoallergenic ear wires etc and source the best quality raw materials we cannot guarantee no allergic reactions in those with sensitivities to certain metals.

We try to keep all items in stock at all times however sometimes this isn’t possible. If you want to be notified when an item is in stock again please contact us and let us know you want to be notified when a certain product is available and we will email you as soon as its in stock again.

Product Care and Maintenance
Your Zuzly Design item was created with love and care and we want you to enjoy it for years to come so, here are some tips clean your treasures.
Keep your laser cut acrylic and wood jewellery and art looking its best with a non-abrasive microfibre cloth to wipe the surface and remove dust and dirt build up. Make sure your cloth is clean and dust free and rub lightly to avoid scratching the jewellery surface.

Treat your jewellery with care, laser cut acrylic and wood is durable but it can still be broken. Items are best stored individually, in their own air tight box or bag to avoid dust and moisture and out of direct sunlight. Please keep your jewellery away from other items that could cause damage while they are not being worn.

While a little splash of rain now and then should not be a problem please take care not to soak your jewellery for a long time or to the point it gets saturated. Jewellery pieces should not be worn in the bath, while swimming or exercising and please be sure to take your jewellery off and store it safely before sleeping. Please, do not let your item come into contact with perfumes, cosmetic products, sunscreen or other substances that can cause damage and react with the acrylic or wood pieces.
Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will ensure that the missing items are sent out to you as soon as possible.
Please inspect your order upon receipt of it arriving and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We take great care in packing orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition however sometimes accidents can happen. We are very sorry if your item arrived damaged and hope you will allow us to put things right. We may ask you to photograph or return the item to us. If the item is faulty or damaged we will then offer you a full refund or send out a replacement. Please note, we are unable to accept returns on faulty items after more than 30 days.
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such as earrings to comply with health standards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
UK orders- If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of it being dispatched please get it touch. International orders- The usual delivery time can take up to 15 working days to arrive, however sometimes customs will hold an item up for longer so we ask that you allow 6 weeks for items to reach you. Although it is rare for parcels to get completely lost there are occasions when this unfortunately happens; If your item has not arrived within 6 weeks please let us know and we will either refund your money or resend your order.
We really want you to love your Zuzly Designs purchase but if for any reason you aren’t totally happy please get in touch so we can resolve any problems.
If you wish to return an item please contact us to tell us you intend to return the item. You must inform us within 7 days of your order arriving that you intend to return it. To be eligible for a refund on a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the packaging. You’ll also need your order number. When the item has been returned and the return accepted we will refund the sale minus any shipping cost. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please bear in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please also send a note explaining the reasons for returning the item and your name and order number with your returned item. It would also be great if you could contact us to let us know your return is on its way.
Wholesale Information
We are a small business and all our products are handmade. Pricing for wholesale is between 30% and 50% of the recommended retail price. We generally don’t accept wholesale of less than 10 items.
This very much depends on the size of the order and will need to be agreed on a case by case basis.
At the moment, no but it is possible that future items that are made in limited edition runs will not be available for wholesale.
For large orders, because our items are made to order all wholesale orders are non-returnable unless faulty. However if you are a small business looking to try out a small amount of our products initially we may be able to arrange a small amount of products for sale or return.
Yes we are looking to expand and get our products into shops that that are a good fit both in the UK and internationally. If you think our products and your venue will be a match made in heaven then absolutely get in touch!
Large orders will need to be shipped by courier with a tracking number and insurance and price will depend on the size of the order and the country the order is shipping to. For smaller orders items can be sent by Royal Mail with tracking. Either way we will work with you to find the best way to ship your order.
The retail price in your shop must be no less than our recommended retail price with the exception of; if you are running a sale or as part of a promotion for a limited period.
